Britannia Security Franchise Franchisees Overview

We initially completed a marketing pilot for Britannia Security over a six month period and have now got two full time franchisees on board.

We make it part of our Franchise Process to make a contact list available to people who are interested in buying a Vehicle Consulting Franchise. We feel this is a vital part of the process that interested parties are able to speak directly to franchisees who have gone through the process already.

Roller Shutter Franchise Marketing Pilot

We already knew after 18 years that we could train people to fit. We now wanted to prove beyond doubt that our lead generation techniques would generate business for franchisees. To this end we set up a six month marketing pilot trial in Merseyside using a small selection of our marketing tools.

This test was extremely successful and generated over £200k of business in a six month period despite the fact we were not even located in this area. This proved to us that we could successfully generate new business for franchisees and lead to us actively looking for franchisees.

Franchisee Performance

We now have in place two franchisees who started in late December 05 and May 06 respectively. Both franchisees are still fairly knew but are already experiencing levels of success in line with our forecasts.
